Lockdown has been a funny old period in our lives hasn't it?
For me as a business it's been incredibly hectic, I am lucky enough to have two grown children at home who have been hired as product photography hand models, so I have kept up with the demands of my clients who require a human in their photos - even my black labrador featured in a cushion shot!
What about family photoshoots? Well as you can see from my site, I still shoot them, my diary is so busy and I still love shooting portraits.
With social distancing measure in place is this is even possible or safe? Yes, is the short answer. Even before these measures I don't think during a family shoot I would have got much closer anyway. Everyone is so much more aware of their own space now, so it's only natural to feel more cautious about capturing those precious family moments.
