Mini Product Photography Course, using your smartphone

You know the old adage, you can give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day, but show him how to fish and he'll eat for a lifetime? You are now thinking, what does fish have to do with photography? 🐟 📷 🤣

Well, when I first began teaching photography to people wanting to turn professional, or shoot their own products, I was sometimes met with a certain degree of incredulity! Why would I share my hard earned skills with potential competitors?

When you buy a cookbook or go on a cookery course, do you open up your own restaurant or become a Michelin starred chef? No, of course not (well, maybe!) but you eat better than before and you feel more EMPOWERED and more CONFIDENT to tackle a souffle.

It's the same with photography. By learning or improving new skills, you exercise your brain, you engage in something interesting and new. You feel empowered, you feel a sense of achievement and you feel GOOD (there might be some frustrating moments along the way - but hey, no-one is born an expert!!)

So, that's why I LOVE teaching photography, I LOVE empowering you. Giving you back more control, guiding you to taking better images which showcase your incredible products and ultimately lead to improved sales. Win:Win

I also realise that as busy solopreneuers our time (and budgets) are precious. You want to be able to take better photographs, but you simply don't have hours spare to learn or the money to spend on expensive equipment and fancy courses. I've got you.

I am a straight talking lass from Yorkshire. I can't abide these courses that waffle on before producing a small nugget of useful information. So I developed a mini course on product photography, using the camera nearest to you; your phone.

I call it a 5 day course but in reality take as long or as little as you like. There is no waffle (nor fancy production) I wanted to empower and inform in an easy to understand, straight to the point way.

It's a course aimed at beginners but even those with some knowledge may find a useful nugget or two in there. You could use it with your main camera, but it's mainly for using with phones.

Fancy equipment required? Nope. A tripod might be the most exotic thing you'll need but even that isn't essential. Lights? No, not required, really. I show you how. I don't use lights in any of the videos on the course. Expensive? Nope - it's currently on offer at £24.97

Oh and by the way, if you do want to learn how to use your dSLR on a more technical basis to shoot better product images (as well as using lights, styling, editing etc) You'll need my other course. "Better product photography." This is in Beta stage of writing so if you want to jump on that course for a discount, simply message me for more details.
